Nifty Today’s Trend, Prediction, View, Target 28th Sep

Nifty Futures today had another down day perfectly along expected lines and finally closed the day lower but the speed on the downside as compared to the last leg of the fall from 11523 to 10866 is much lesser, even if we compared the speed and intensity of the fall with respect to the last move higher from 10920 area to 11145 area (Spot Nifty levels mentioned) even on those parameters the speed and intensity of the fall in Nifty us much slower. Yesterday we had bought Nifty Futures for intraday and booked profits as we were expecting a down day today. Many traders are feeling that this is currently a sell on rise market or that Nifty trend is down and selling should make money and some are feeling that this is a buy on dips market and hence some traders are buying Nifty Futures on dips but we feel as per our analysis, view and prediction that currently Nifty Futures trend sideways and hence trading in and out on both sides will be a good strategy so selling into euphoria and buying into panic both can be done at appropriate levels around support or resistance areas with low risk entry points. We have been guiding to trade in and out and that is exactly what we have been doing and for the time being that is working out perfectly well.

Nifty near term resistance is at 11350 and near term support is around 10850 till we do not have a range breakout with volume and momentum above or below either of these levels mentioned the markets and Nifty are going to be in a non trending zone and hence trading in and out and being very nimble footed will be the way forward to make money. There are some option strategies that will work well in such an environment and they can be adopted to make money in such situations but the key to enter them would be during spike in volatility.

Nifty trend is sideways between 11350-10850 spot Nifty levels. As per our analysis, view, prediction its best to trade in and out and keep booking profits at retracement targets areas.

Good Trading To You!
